Each ornament is individually wrapped in protective bubble wrap and secured in a custom-fitted, heavy-duty cardboard box with biodegradable packing peanuts to prevent movement and breakage during transit.
Can I request a custom design or personalization on an ornament?
Yes, we offer professional hand-painted personalization on select items. Simply fill out the 'Personalization' field on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
What is your return policy for seasonal decor?
We accept returns on all non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-engraved or personalized ornaments are final sale.
